AI for Local and Small Businesses

Stop paying an agency to do what you can do yourself.

A step by step guide for owners, not developers. You set up Claude Code on your own computer, then use it to audit your website, build a new one you own outright, and take payments and bookings yourself instead of paying a platform to do it.

  • Your website
  • Your payments and bookings
  • Your marketing and online store
  • Your costs and business tracking

Five websites built the way the guide teaches

You do not need to buy anything to see what the guide can build. Open any of these and try it: the booking system, the hamper builder, the building you can look inside.

The five businesses are made up, and each site says so at the top. The websites are real, and free to explore.

What you get

What you will have at the end

A working setup on your own computer that does the jobs you currently pay other people to do. None of it needs you to learn to code: you type instructions in plain English and read what comes back.

  • Audit your existing website, and get a list of what is wrong with it, ranked by what matters
  • Take back control of your domain, including from an agency that registered it in theirs
  • Build and publish a new website, on hosting in your own name, that you own outright
  • Change it whenever you like, with drafts you can show people before they go live
  • Build the pages your kind of business needs, from bookings to a shop to a what's on page
  • Create your own artwork for campaigns, launches and seasonal offers
  • Take payments, with invoices, payment links and monthly direct debits
  • Keep it all running without ringing anyone

Before you buy

Is it right for you?

The book is straight with you about this on its first pages, so this page is too.

What you need

  • A Windows laptop or PC. The setup steps are written for Windows.
  • A paid Claude plan. The free Claude account does not include Claude Code, and the book sets out every running cost on its first pages.
  • A couple of unhurried evenings to get set up.

It is not for you if

  • Installing software and following written steps is a struggle. If you can set up a new phone and follow a recipe, you can do this.
  • You want it done in five minutes rather than a couple of evenings.
  • You need the first version to be perfect. It will not be, and you can change it as often as you like, for free.

Rather not do it yourself? We can build it with you, or for you.

Questions

Good to know

What exactly do I get?

A 164 page book as a PDF. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer and has no copy protection, so you can print it. To follow the steps you need a laptop or desktop computer.

How is it delivered?

By email, usually within a minute of paying. The download link works for 7 days. If it expires or you lose the file, email us and we send a fresh link, free.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You type instructions in plain English and read what comes back. You do need to be comfortable installing software and following written steps.

Does it work on a Mac?

The setup chapter is written for Windows. The tools it uses also run on a Mac, but the book does not walk you through installing them there.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If the guide is not what you hoped for, email us within 14 days and we refund you in full. We only ask what did not work for you, so we can improve it. Your legal rights if it is faulty or not as described are on top of that, and the Terms of Sale explain both.

Can I buy it from outside the UK?

Not at the moment. The guide is sold to UK billing addresses only. Orders from outside the UK are refunded in full.

What if the book is updated?

Ask, and we will send you the latest version free of charge.
